Choosing and packing green olives can be done in two ways, ‘Tsakisti’ and ‘Whole’. In ‘Tsakisti’ packages, we use local Cypriot-variety olives ‘Ladoelia’, while for the ‘Whole’ we use Manzanillo-variety ones. Both of the methods use the same ingredients: olives, salt, water, and extra-virgin olive oil produced by us.
